When we're in pain, or struggling with something difficult in our lives, it's normal to resist it, to want the feelings to go away. But when we push our feelings away, our pain can grow bigger. I provide a compassionate, safe, and supportive space for people to talk about their thoughts and feelings.
My counseling relationship is individualized to you, based on what's most important to you and your goals. My approach is eclectic but has a strong base in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals (EFIT):
