Sleep is a precious thing.
In 2014 the CDC declared poor quality sleep a public health epidemic. I help educate people about what sleep is, why we need it, and how to improve the quality of their sleep using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Three ways to get help with sleep
