This group offers support to help you grow in EFT. It is designed to help you learn the model, make it your own, feel like you know where you’re going, and feel more confident in your work. There are so many skills involved in Move 1, including:

• starting the session and feeling comfortable being directive when you need to
• identifying and naming what’s happening between the couple and inside each partner
• being able to pull back and name the process that’s happening in the room
• keeping the attachment frame
• identifying the cycle, so you can decide where to drop your anchor and dive into Move 2
